Return Eligibility
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition
- The item must be returned by mail
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Return Instructions

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (for defective or damaged items)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items
- Ella Wear Print is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are:
- Damaged or defective
- The wrong item or size received (if applicable)
- In new and unused condition
To request an exchange, email us at support@ellawearprint.com. We will cover shipping costs for replacements of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- A refund will be issued within 5 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayPal
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- No restocking fees are charged on returns
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to transit or manufacturer fault)
