- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
We offer free standard shipping to all destinations within the United States. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location
Delivery estimates include handling and transit time. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping options.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Ella Wear Print is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@ellawearprint.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. For damaged items, include photos and your order number in your email. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery:
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be in new condition and returned by mail.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
